About Us

Insight is an established SaaS used by over 4000 primary schools across England and seeing exciting growth every year. We’re proud of our product and take great care over the customer experience. More than 75% of schools who try Insight decide to become customers, and over 95% renew their subscription each year. With 20% of UK primary schools already onboard, and upwards of 900 schools starting trials in the last 12 months alone, this is an exciting time to join a growing company in our mission to help schools make sense of their data.

Working as part of our content processing team, you’ll be helping to ensure that our prospective customers have a great experience using our software right from the start. This is part of why schools love Insight.

What it’s all about

When a school is shopping for a tracking system, they come with baggage – years of assessment, curriculum and other data tied up in PDFs, Word documents and Excel files.

Teachers don’t have time to enter all this historical information into a system, but greatly benefit from having it there. They can evaluate Insight with data they actually care about and see the value it offers to their setting, and they don’t have to worry about transferring from another system.

Our content processing team are on hand to do the legwork, making sure that teachers have a great experience from day one, and can feel confident in transferring to our system. We do this free of charge during a school’s trial as part of our commitment to great customer service and because we believe they’ll love what they see.
