Customer support is very important to us. While using Insight, any staff member can click the ‘Help’ menu at any time to contact us. Our phone and email support is available through school holidays as well as during term time.
Technical Support
You can access support by telephone or email via the Help menu in Insight. We have a team of friendly Insight experts ready to help.
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am – 4.00pm, and we aim to reply to emails within 1 working day.

If you’d like training, or just a general refresher about Insight, click the Help menu in Insight to book a free session.
We periodically run free webinars to refresh your knowledge of Insight’s tools and offer training on new features. Keep an eye on Insight’s Home screen for information.
Data Consultation
To discuss any aspect of school data, including statutory assessment, measuring progress, ASP, IDSR, standardised tests, reporting to governors, and monitoring pupils with SEND, grab the chance to chat with our resident data expert, James Pembroke.

Roadshows
We periodically run free in-person training sessions, focusing on new developments, popular topics such as building headline reports for governors, and advice on system setup.
